With over seventeen years of hospitality experience, she has earned widespread praise from several prominent sectors, including pharmaceutical, fashion, automotive and financial industries. Prior to Ovation Meetings Solutions Inc., Janet was Manager of Meetings and Conventions at a mid-size pharmaceutical company, in addition to holding key positions at two other third-party, meeting-supply companies.

Kim Mathé

Vice-President, Planning Manager

Kim has over 12 years of planning experience, specializing in the pharmaceutical industry. Kim has worked on both the ethical and OTC sides of the business. Her knowledge extends to Regulatory Affairs, Drug Safety, Quality Assurance, Customer Service, Sales and Marketing - advantages that are amply reflected in her much-lauded planning technique. Kris has been making her mark in the hospitality industry for fourteen years. She has established her reputation by creating successful meeting environments for the pharmaceutical, optical, financial and fashion industries. Prior to joining Ovation Meetings Solutions Inc., Kris worked in the Meetings and Conventions Department of a mid-size pharmaceutical company and as a Planning Manager for a well-known third party meetings-supply company. She has managed, planned and executed National Sales/Business Meetings, Incentive Meetings, Investigator Meetings and Advisory Boards for sales representatives and physicians, overseeing groups as small as 20 and as large as 2,000. Her extensive international travel experience, organization skills and attention to detail are additional assets she brings to the table.
