We organized and managed an integration meeting of 2 pharm companies in Banff. Very short timelines and very sensitive material. It was winter time and we had some activities outside with great results. The meeting was fun and interactive and the collaboration of the 2 companies was a resounding success as was the meeting itself!

As part of a larger medical conference, we planned and executed a symposium for 250 people as well as the travel for the keynote speakers. Client said it was the best organized event they had ever had.

As part of an international conference (EHA), we planned and executed a Canadian dinner with 40 people in an exclusive venue that was met with resounding success. With a perfect location in a perfect city, the evening was a huge success. We also planned and executed 2 highly successful advisory boards with top KOL’s that took place simultaneously on the same night.

In conjunction with the European Hematology Association national conference, we coordinated an exclusive dinner for participants in an underground fortress that was reminiscent of the middle ages, complete with suits of armour and medieval décor. The guests were blown away with the location and had an amazing night.

While travelling to the incredible city of Delhi for the IMW conference, we had the opportunity to experience exotic culture and customs. While there we planned an executed 5 very successful event including a private tour to the Taj Mahal, 2 advisory board meetings for 20 people each for KOL’s, a board meeting for the company executives and a Canada dinner at one of the top restaurants in Delhi on a private terrace over a man made lake.

As part of the larger ASH conference we organized several meetings and dinner and lunch events for attending key OPLs. One of the locations of our lunch corner was the Hardrock Café. It was a great venue and people could stream in and out of the venue as the weather was so awesome.

As part of the larger ASCO conference we organized and managed several meetings and a great dinner event overlooking the river at the River Roast! The cuisine at this venue was delish and the views of the city were absolutely breathtaking. The event went off without a hitch as did the various meetings that we managed.

We conducted a road show in various cities in one week across the US – first stop Baltimore followed by Chicago, Houston and San Francisco! These were advisory boards with OPL’s that involved many logistics and of course the challenge of travel inbetween. The meetings were executed with precision and the client was extremely happy.

This was an incentive meeting for top sales winners and their significant others. It began with the meeting portion in St Maarten that was a success and we moved the group across the island by a scavenger hunt to St. Martin where the group enjoyed the French side of the island with activities and a gala evening. The transition was smooth and fun as well as informative. The group thoroughly enjoyed themselves and the incentive was a resounding success!
